THREE WAYS TO GIVE:
1. Sponsor One or More Mobility Carts for $150 each
2. Make a One-Time Donation in Any Amount
3. Set up Auto Giving
$150 is all it costs to restore mobility and dignity back to a recipient. Each hand-pedaled cart is built in Zambia. Our locally employed craftsman hand mill the wood and take pride in every detail, from metal fabrication to painting the completed cart. Through this initiative, jobs are created, helping families to purchase food and meet other essentials needs. At the same time, awareness for those living with disabilities continues to grow within their communities, fostering inclusivity. With every cart you sponsor or donation you give that assists us in purchasing supplies, you are helping to break the stigma of disability within Sub Saharan Africa, while helping someone get off the ground and move… Restoring Dignity, Purpose, and Hope.
Restoring Dignity
Having a disability in Zambia creates a stigma to the people. Often looked down upon or shunned, the people live a life in solitude, hidden away. With the gift of mobility, their dignity is restored and they can be an active part in society once again.
Restoring Purpose
Many people lose their mobility in Zambia to Polio, Diabetes, or accidents. With the gift of mobility, the person whose cart you sponsor will be able to have a restored sense of purpose as they can resume jobs, schooling, and every day tasks as simple as being able to go to the market for groceries.
Restoring Hope
We have a long list of hundreds of children and adults waiting to receive a mobility device. To watch their faces light up when we place them on the cart, to hear them giggle and laugh when they begin to ride it, restores hope to their hearts that their future can be bright again.

This is Gladys, she is 47 years old and lives in Sawmills compound, one of the most impoverished and crime ridden areas in Livingstone. A few years back she suddenly lost her ability to walk. Doctors can’t explain. Now she sits outside her door each day and watches life go by.
Upon arrival, Gladys lit up with joy and laughter. She knew her hopeless situation was about to change. We helped her onto her new Mobility Cart and she was eager to venture out of her yard. She drove down her road laughing while onlookers watched amazed at the new mobility the lady they always see sitting at her door had found.
